Benefits

Wyman offers employees competitive benefits that begin the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Full time staff (30 hours or more) receive vacation time, sick time, floating holidays and access to 4 weeks of paid medical/family leave.

Our benefits include employer-paid life and long-term disability coverage, 11 paid holidays, dental, vision, and choice between a PPO or high deductible health plan. Supplemental benefits such as accident and critical illness insurance are also available.

All staff have access to Wyman’s Employee Assistance Program. We provide a 401(k) with 3% match and 3% agency contributions starting after one year of employment.

We believe in investing in professional development for our team and individual professional development stipends are granted annually.
